Main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate team activities to meet business objectives, adopting a hands-on approach when necessary.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality systems within the manufacturing area.

• Provide necessary training to maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain continuous supply of components to production areas.

• Oversee transportation of finished products to the sterilizer.

• Ensure products are manufactured according to Quality System specifications and initiate corrective actions as needed.

• Participate in recruitment, employee relations, and team member development processes.

• Motivate team members and actively engage in continuous improvement programs.

About you:

• Desirable qualification: NVQ2 (ONC, CIM & City & Guilds)

• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Experience in leading personnel in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.

• Proficiency in SAP, QDMS, and LDMS systems would be beneficial.

• Ability to influence and good problem solving skills
