Teach individual and group classes (adults only) in various Ballroom dances, focusing on the International Standard style with occasional coverage of Latin dances. Follow studio policies to create lesson plans and communicate lesson objectives to students. Assess and assign students to appropriate class levels based on the students ' skills. Monitor students' performance, and make suggestions for improvement.
