Job Summary

We are looking for Manager – Shared Services to plan and execute a shared services organization by executing process mapping and digitization of various activities with a focus on improving efficiency and service level enhancement. This position will be full-time and hybrid.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Assess the current organization to create a strategy and vision around the development and documentation of future state process flows, to identify needed organizational and workflow changes.

• Prepare a target operating model to bring about efficiency, security and cost benefits.

• Coordinate and communicate with Business counterparts, Technology & other functional leaders to ensure seamless case processing within Service Levels.

• Develop a high functioning team with a focus on operational discipline and enhancing the customer experience.

• Lead the effort to build out and enhance new work streams geared toward operational efficiency and automation of deliverables used during the business life cycle.

• Digitization of Shared Service Center.

• Work with the consultants to implement Shared Service Center.

What You'll Need

Required:

• 6-7 years of professional experience with atleast two years of experience in building a shared service center.

• Deep understanding of shared services organizations and models.

Preferred:

• Education: CA / MCOM/ MBA Finance

Physical Demands

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
